Pros

No overtime, pay was fair for my role, benefits were reasonably priced!

Cons

Very outdated in their thought process on many things and some of their computer systems were sooo outdated. Minimal employee appreciation. Definitely a manufacturing/automotive culture where everything is about production and not the people. Although it’s awesome that a majority of the leadership team has been with the company for 20+ years, I think it’s also holding the company back from making the changes they need to as people are now “comfortable.”

Pros

Since March of 2017 there are no Pros. New management has ruined any Pros.

Cons

Upper management abuses authority. Lower management and Supervisors are treated unfairly. New management has drastically destroyed the teamwork and caused a lot of good people to leave by managing thru threats, intimidation, and harassment. If you complain you get fired.
