A company that is being mismanaged into oblivion

Pros

Easy to get a job, decent benefits, okay wage, hard to get fired.

Cons

Management is filled with everything from toxic philanderers to utterly incompetent petty micro tyrants. From the supervisors on the floor found in various compromising situations, such as drug use and adultery to out right abuse, to higher ups who come in with hang overs and fight employees. They also refuse to do something about long time employees who are disruptive or do literal sabotage. Their lower ranks, such as engineers and assembly workers, often stay for a few months or years then leave for far greener pastures. Often there is little to no training when you are put in a new position And they go as far as to get temps.

Pros

Growing company with decent people, steady relationships with clients

Cons

Growing pains, struggling to modernize some core issues due to multi-generational ownership.

Pros

Stable company, if you're looking to stay at a place for 30 years and retire...summit will do that for you.

Cons

- Very Old Company structure - Not tailored to recruit younger employees - Super cheap (the solution will work for now, but you'll have more headache in the long run) - Low ball , underaverage salary - Upper Management is isolated from plant engineers - Office has no natural light - Pay for coffee - No flex work, no work from home, come to the office, do your "9" hours and go home, simple.
