Pros

They offer somewhat flexible work hours

Cons

I have never worked for a company that could care less about their employees. No profit sharing. It makes no difference if you perform terrible or excellent. For "employee appreciation day" they gave out a free cup of coffee and small bag of popcorn during lunch only.

Pros

Since March of 2017 there are no Pros. New management has ruined any Pros.

Cons

Upper management abuses authority. Lower management and Supervisors are treated unfairly. New management has drastically destroyed the teamwork and caused a lot of good people to leave by managing thru threats, intimidation, and harassment. If you complain you get fired.

Only if you really need the money...

Pros

They will give you a paycheck.

Cons

As long as you don't kill someone, or cost the company too much money, you will keep your job. Your ability to perform your job, and your dedication to it, are of no consequence. Seniority is all that matters. This plant used to be the cream of the crop within the company. Incoming management has convinced every single person within my department to seek employment elsewhere. I don't see this plant being open much longer, as shipments are being missed, low-quality parts are being sent to customers, and quality employees are being driven out while incompetent ones are being retained.
