Pros

Friendly people working here, a great team. This company rewords loyalty and results. Everyone here is responsive and accessible. I have great things to say about the management, the hourly and salary workers and the awesome maintenance team. This is a great place to work if you want to work for a family owned and oriented company that is stable and secure. I hope to work here for a very long time.

Cons

The automotive industry is competitive and can be stressful. Summit has so much business and things move so quickly that a person who is not very motivated may have a struggle until they find a balance. People with some drive and initiative will find that the Summit crew is very appreciative of a person who can jump in and make an effort to keep up.
