Summit Polymers is a leader in its field. Many opportunities to grow and learn. Travel is a plus but yet close to home. Immediate supervisors are some of the best people I know. Glad to be part of the team.

The staff is very welcoming. Fast pace work environment with lots of opportunity to use critical thinking skills. Multiple locations both domestics and international to work for the company. Lots of growth and expansion currently going on and lots of positive planning for the companies future.

Cons

Automotive industry can be chaotic and unpredictable. Training, depending on position can be quick and brief, so ask lots of questions.
