Pros

Good Pay, Good healthcare coverage.

Cons

Very little time off. They don't care about you or your family. If work is not your number one priority then you are wrong. No flexibility in schedule. In chair at 7:00am out at 4:00pm. Must take an hour lunch between 12:00pm-1:00pm. Most positions could be remote but they wont allow it. Very very old school mentality.

Pros

Most of the people are nice, and their health insurance package is excellent.

Cons

Their pay for any IT position is well below average for professionals in similar positions with comparable levels of experience. Their PTO and sick leave are, by far, the stingiest I've seen in my 3+ decades in the work force. Also, they don't seem interested in fixing many of their long-standing IT problems.

Pros

Tier one automotive supplier with many employees with great longevity, alot of talented people work at summit. I loved that you could get stuff done or accomplish change without having to go through levels and levels of approvals being a private owned company.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to compete with salaries of other tier 1 automotive suppliers in the plastics industry when recruiting top level positions.
