      Money increases after two and five years, if you want to work alot you can earn decent money

      Cons

      Management have got no idea how to run a transport company, might as well be selling bread, you will not be supported, if they can lay blame with you they will, once you earn top rate you will become a target.

      Co workers were friendly and amazing. The actual job itself was great.

      The managers made the job unnecessarily stressful and created hostile work environment. Constant changes to the rules. Failed to live up to promises
