Pros

All staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Good rate of pay and flexible with holiday. Very rewarding bonuses and travel reimbursement. Free National Express coach travel for yourself and a nominated person is an excellent perk.

Cons

Poor training was provided at the outset. Some departments are sidelined - in particular coach stations other than London and Birmingham are overlooked.
