free travel for family members

Cons

Managers don't care about ppl lower them, under staff.. other members are ok but managers can be rude don't really care about ppl on lower income, stay well clear

The company looks after employees well.

Cons

From an IT perspective the business fears change and the decision making process is slow. There is also a heavy dependency on third party so if you are expecting to get your hands dirty you wont be.

Fair pay, good training, flexible working contracts (for people who can get them)

Cons

No oppurtunity for growth, managers often undermine staff, nepotism and favoritism will help people progress in this company more than meritocracy
