Its stable company as far as the industry is concerned

Cons

Low morale, low pay (unless you are in management or a "preferred" person. Raises are not tied to performance and barely meet cost of living raises. Lots of people kept around based on popularity not performance. Good workers leave quickly.

well im working so i cant complain however they just took over the contract for merced county transit and things are a mess at this time.

Cons

well like i said they just took over merced city transit so it may take some time for them to get it together but in my opinion its kinda a mess.
