some other staff, Time off, Stable hours. Safe working environment.

Cons

Car rental shuttle and some other staff who don't use their radios. Morale is low Too much red tape. Radios Some busses need to be scrapped.

Supportive structure within the company, Benefits are good and the people are amazing. Varied workload - no two days are the same.

Cons

Salary is low for the industry, habit of 'we've always done it this way', progression is train-tracked so opportunities to move outside of your line is limited.
