None really that I can think of besides the fact that you're getting a paycheck.

Cons

Too many changes in the management hierarchy. No sense of stability and your work isn't valued. Also, too many unrealistic cost cutting initiatives being rolled out with a straight face.

Decent pay, variety of shifts

Cons

No support from management, passengers have no respect for drivers because they no drivers don't get any support from the company, unrealistic times are given to drivers to complete there journeys at peak times so the bus will always be late, I could go on but simply I wouldn't reccomend this job to any of my friends. If you don't have the ability to just switch off and drive then don't consider it but even then you can still end up in the office with this company
