      Pros

      -Great salary starting out. -The PTO policy is phenomenal and a lot less stressful. -The team I work with are great.

      Cons

      -Have yet to see any leadership from the company come on site -I often feel like the red-headed stepchild compared to our other contractor partners. As far as I know we have no 'swag" (shirts, lanyards, mugs etc).

      Pros

      I loved my job and the mission we did. Work hours and time off were the best part of the job.

      Cons

      It’s a very hostile working environment because of the local site lead. He is very aggressive towards his employees. On multiple occasions, he has made violent statements towards employees and uses intimation tactics to achieve personal gain. OSHA defines this as work place violence however the company failed to do anything to the lead when reported.
