Pros

Paid in training They give housing but it will be deducted from your salary

Cons

They fake resumes and employees to lie in their resume. They don't care about you, they only care about money. They sell you for to other companies and pay you in a minimum amount as a software engineer They will make you a liar The office is so dirty, triggers asthma The training is poor, you wont learn anything. You do everything by yourself The housing they give is so dirty The HR will book you to the cheapest hotel when moving to the client side

None! Just like some other consultancy.Playing with students life for their own benefit!

Cons

If you are a OPT student.Please don't go for it. They will take a skype round interview and tell you to come totheir office. There again they will review you for 1-2 weeks and remove the candidates especially if you are OPT candidate. They prefer US citizens and Greencard holders coz they have to not go to a process of sponsorship. One more thing they DONOT help with extensions and insist to students to take up CPT. So i suggest evryone to ask all the process while interview itself.I have wasted almost a month and then they tell me to leave with out a valid reason.Please join at your own risk!
