I Joined as a fresher and worked more than 5 years in Hyderabad office. I enjoyed my work at summitworks. Below are Pros to work with summitworks. # Salary - They give good salary as per market standard and even on some cases its above standards too. # Freshers- Its best place for fresher . They mostly worked on new technologies, you will get a chance to work on latest technology. # Hike - They give best hike for good performer. for fresher it can be 80% to 100% too and for experienced its 20% to 40% . # value - If you are technically strong and good performer , you will have good value in the company. Upper management share and discuss each and every aspect of project with employee. even if you are fresher you can share your opinion. I enjoyed my more than 5 years journey at summitworks Hyderabad and i am fully satisfy with my work and pay.
