They dont help you with OPT extension also. They fake your H1b application. There are more chances you will get caught. Please be aware

Salary. Friendly atmosphere at NJ office. Mr Sharma (President) : Very honest and hard working. So so infrastructure in hydrabad (India) office but again a good work place. Excellent work atmosphere at Delhi office (India) . (Never seen hyd n Delhi office, but heard from others.) Genuine company not a shady one.

Cons

Only relying of 11 or 12 projects. A Long way to go. Honestly they do have talent but I believe energy is going waste. They need to rem + ove few people who are good for not + hing. Only few KPO clients. Mostly projects on Micr+osoft technologies and few on ERPs.

The beginning of the job they train you for about two months. Where you learn all langue ages and skills most software jobs are current looking for

Cons

The training is very rushed and you don’t have enough time for full comprehension. And then you are put on market under the company and take these interviews where you lie about your experience. Also you aren’t paid until you pass a interview and are placed on project
