Pretty chill compared to other consulting companies for freshers, you really don't need to show up all the time and can work from home once the training is done until you get placed. Trainers are nice and somewhat chill

Cons

Trainers just read of power points and you are required to lie on your resume, also you get paid 50-55k doing the work of a 5 year engineer

Learning purpose : If you are a fresher then it is the best place for learning and implementing . If they see faster you are learning and implementing new technologies then they will give you work from home in urgency when you required,excellent salary hike if you you good in your skills

Cons

From my prospective there is no concern.

Pros

Summitworks pays you even when you're in training. I have seen many people who are desperate looking for a job and they found a good start at Summitworks. If you have enough knowledge, please look for companies like Microsoft, Google, or Facebook. At Summitworks, you get paid for learning ASP.NET or BI. After your training, you'll be in the market where the company advertises you and you can practice interviewing also. They sponsor H1B and Green Card if you perform your job well (of course)! It's good place for international students.

Cons

You may spend few weeks to few months being in the market (you still get paid). It totally depends on your knowledge and interview skills that you have learned by yourself or from Summitworks. Salary is not high, contract 1.5 year.
