Co-workers were two faced and would set up other employees to fail. They gossiped like little school girls about everyone including management it made it seem like High School all over again

They advertise $25 to $40. But they will not even pay there senior technician $35.there review system is based on how they feel you are doing not on what your capable of.and senior technician will often act as of you are incompetent.but even if you go in and work hard and fix machines to there standard they will down play it so you won't put shone them.there is no training or career advancement opportunity you will become stagnant.if you have an idea they can help the company but it is not the owners brother in-law idea. It will be shot down immediately.the project department suffer from the hero complex where and gas light management.as the operational manager never steps on the floor.if they can take credit for some thing you do to make them look better and get a good review.so the $25 to $40 is all fake not a single person in maintenance makes over $30 even with the shift differential.
