Pros
very accommodating when life interferes with working hours, friendly people who are still friends to this day. One of the best qualities this company had was it's family atmosphere within the branches.
Cons
no advancement, no raises, bad communication, horrible corporate policies. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. management would change every few months trying to implement new strategies or programs, constant layoffs and branch closures. SAP was a huge mistake, so was centralized customer service
