The leadership is strong and stable. They communicate often, and seem interested in workplace issues. Lots of attention to safety. Willing to spend to try new things. Business is steadily improving.

Cons

Sun is in the midst of a tough transition - coping with declines in traditional print media - and pushing into newer areas. Lots of pressure to change - but opportunity also.
