A Company with Good Work Culture and Environment

Pros

Work for this company for 3 or 4 years and still currently working here. Have a great culture and environment (*emphasis on the culture and environment as there is really no toxicity on the work and coworkers) for the employees to learn and grow. This company also rewards beautifully and pays above average and bonuses. Also trains the employees.

Cons

Really depends on your state of life as being in a competitive setup will sometimes ask for overtimes. also think it depends on what team you will be assign. if the team has a culture that strive to deliver on time and with quality of the project It will sometimes cost some OT Hours. But to my lifestyle right now it's not really a cons. but putting it here to a review.

sun life work culture is extraordinay , provide free food and now providing free cab facilty as well . Supportive senior and manager , working in sun life means got my dream job.
