Great Benefits, but Weak Management

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

1) Good benefits, including performance bonuses, 13th and 14th-month pay, and regular performance reviews." 2) Managers enjoy competitive bonuses, making the role financially rewarding and stable. 3) Sick Leave (SL) and Vacation Leave (VL) benefits

Cons

1) You will stay in the same role for years. 2) Promotions are rare. 3) Lateral transfers for career development are uncommon, and having insider information gives you an edge in advancing your career. 4) Some managers prioritize office politics over helping their teams grow. 5) Management expects employees to develop but does not provide sufficient support for growth. 6) A lack of clear communication about team goals and vision leads to stagnation and a complacent work culture. 7) They focus more on individual metrics rather than the bigger picture. 8) Lastly, your work life may become easier, but it ultimately depends on your manager.

Pros

Great work life balance, fully remote, progressive views on employment and committed to DEI. Performance based merit increases and yearly bonuses. Competitive pay and lots of opportunities for new positions and growth.

Cons

Terrible medical coverage!! HR dept does not support employees who have legitimate complaints.
