Great benefits, but low pay...

Pros

Company does have great benefits and is considerably generous with vacation time.

Cons

Salaries tend to be on the very low side in comparison with similar businesses and positions. As a long time employee, there is little incentive to stay as vacation time stops increasing at 9 years for several years, raises are unimpressive, and morale is fairly poor. Also, many departments are very disorganized with lack of communication and inconsistency amongst processes, which leads to high turnover from exceptional emploees and a tendency to hire inexperienced management.

Pros

Great corporate culture. Interesting work. Managers and co-workers are very helpful and team work is paramount.

Cons

Salary and progression too closely attached to actuarial exams.

Pros

Reputed Brand, employees sought after by recruiters. Decent salary

Cons

Long tenure employees are mediocre and highly political. Very quick to fire employees rather than providing honest and candid feedback or even low performance rating.
