Pros
The company really stresses, work, life, balance and wellness. The culture is one of collaboration which was a foreign concept for me coming from companies that had toxic workplaces. As of now, they let employees work from wherever they want across the country. The president of Sun life US is incredible.
Cons
like with every big company, some of the politics, can get on nerves. But the corporate office for the company is in Canada, so the US business sometimes feels like the red headed step child
