      I've been in this position for a little over a year and received a promotion in that time! It took 1 year to be recognized vs 7 years in my previous position. They are always encouraging you to go big and take the risk! I've had 2 managers during my year and they've both been AMAZING to work with. They're available to assist with questions and are happy to explain if you don't understand something. I plan on being with this company until I retire!
