      Due to small team size the culture is collaborative There are team parties on a regular basis Free Lunch

      Decent benefits. Some departments know how to treat their employees, unfortunately, that's only when you hit the higher job bands.

      Cons

      It's all about the department. Some treat you better than others. A lot of politics involved on who gets promoted and who doesn't. Salary isn't great
