      Hiring strategies have recently changed, more career minded individuals joining the call center.

      Cons

      Limited training opportunities, little opportunity for growth. Management band together, not always for the greater good of front line staff.

      Benefits, and strong company performance

      Cons

      Lower than average salaries. Don't encourage advanced education through the use of the tuition reimbursement program. I applied every year for 3 years in a row and was told no budget, or that they wouldn't support the program. It was Bachelor of Commerce, which is odd for a financial company not to support.
