      Pros

      It's a stable company and has been around for a long time. There is a very good philanthropic program and they give back the communities they are in.

      Cons

      With stability comes intransigence. There is very little interest or appetite to try new ways of doing things or take risks. Long time employees are always favoured over people with outside experience.
