      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are really nice. I got a lot of experience working on different projects. Some of the technology stack is old but that's just enterprise for you. I had one of best managers here.

      Cons

      Some of old folks who still work there like to do things the really old way and follow methodologies that are extremely outdated. Even trying to show them an efficient way or pointing out redundancies in an existing process is pointless.
