      Financial Advisor Interview: A formal meeting with the Sales manager. Very general questions were asked.

      Pros

      A very simple introduction, nothing like a serious interview. An online career profile was given to do. It took some time, next day I got a call from Co. that I passed my career profile and need to see them next day for my initial interview.

      Cons

      You have to clear your licence exam and invest a decent amount of money before start earning. Your pay checks will be based on your sales. This position is not for every one.

      Pros

      The benefits at this company were excellent, from vacation time to health care. Employees are great people who work hard and try to better the company.

      Cons

      Management at multiple positions do not have experience in the Employee Benefits Industry. The Internal desk has 4 managers, none of which know the products or industry, as they all started in 2013. They do not know what is best for the company because they have not been in the industry long enough, makes for some frustrating decisions. Head of Internal "Sales" team is a lifelong underwriter with 0 sales experience.
