      Pros

      Annual salary reviews, annual incentive bonuses, competitive benefits plan, wellness programs, work from home, agile workplace. You can tell that upper management truly cares about employees and their well being.

      Cons

      It is a busy, fast paced workplace but there are so many opportunities for growth if you promote yourself. Only negative is that the managers sometimes have a habit of promoting their friends instead of giving other people the opportunity.
