Stock purchase, Annual bonus based on performance, SOME flexibility to work from home. They also never hire referrals, well rarely anyway.

Cons

Once you are in a position you have little opportunities for movement. High volume of caseload with no ability to claim overtime.

I like the people I work with and the people are engaging and smart. Additionally I can also say that.... compensation is competitive training is available culture is very receptive

Cons

physical workplace is old The problem is that there are many departments without a cleat career path so it can be very easy to reach the top and be left with few places to advance. Otherwise you need to change departments entirely.
