      Pros

      Good salary as an intern. Work time is very flexible as long as you have your job done on time.

      Cons

      The paste was way too slow for work. I think you have to pay for your parking spot and they are very limited in all three locations in Atria, Waterloo, and Toronto.

      - high performance culture built on friendship and kindness of colleagues, even with management - active employee engagement is a priority - everyone is part of really good work which aims to help people improve their lives - generous benefits - people stay for stability, work-life balance, until retirement

      - some financial advisors have an attitude problem, are rude to head office employees - career progression in IT is slow compared to other internal departments and other IT companies - management prefers to hire externally instead of developing and promoting their own people
