      Lack of transparency in recruitment process - employee referral and internal job postings donot work.

      Great office space, good free food and cabs. Many job openings.

      Cons

      Unprofesssional greedy Recruitment team in Gurgaon, give preference to resume sent by recruitment consultants. They manage typing test and aptitude test by wrong scoring. IJP always predecided, they work with manager and directors to promote only a selective few employees.For rest the give gyan on policies and experience.

      Pros

      Lot many............. provides opportunities for internal job postings as per your skills and interests, good work life balance and head of Asia Service Center is rare leader, is very employee friendly and strive for best social working hours, employees' work life balance. Lots of learning/training opportunities.

      Cons

      Transport dep and IT Infra support are biggest pain here. HR doesn't work much to match market standards in terms of salary. You will be awarded only if you are potential attrition or supervisor's pet.
