      Good place to work if your experience is between 2-5 years

      Pros

      Lots of programs to learn thing other than your core job. Management is fine to an extent. Can negotiate good salary. Couple of allowances like Food/Internet/Phone that you are entitled for free.

      Cons

      Transport policy sucks. Managements folks tend to get things done from junior folks a lot and they relax. Not a good place if you want to learn new things. Boring jobs and nothing to learn practically.

      The majority of people were great to work with

      Cons

      Work/Life balance was poor. In IT when surveyed employees gave Management poor reviews, but nothing was ever done about it. In 1 1/2 years my VP met with individuals once only! My manager for 1 1/2 years only had 2 team meetings.

      Reorganizing for the better, but unrealistic about damage past 5 years of poor service and uncompetitive pricing has done in certain markets

      Cons

      Internally a mess. Can't deliver strong service or competitive pricing.
