Pros

I would say that there's a lot of excitement in the beginning. Lots of training and such. However one quickly realizes that the company is a horrible place to work.

Cons

Frequent layoffs and no room for growth. Employees are treated like cattle, not people. Not happy.

Drink the Kool Aid or get out

Pros

Decent office location. Accommodating schedules. Great paid training course. Cafeteria in the building. Comfortable desks.

Cons

80% of inbound calls were from the moron's who just pressed 0 to speak to an operator. The problem is that operator duties were never mentioned in the job description. Spent most of your day warm transferring people through the puzzle that was the internal directory. Complete hen-house at mid-management.
