      Wonderful atmosphere, brilliant and highly competent co-workers, very friendly as well. I may even want to stay longer with the company

      With the current load of work, I expected that I would be less busy. However, I start as early as eight in the morning

      Time off is great. Benefits are good- used to be better.

      Cons

      lots of bureaucracy so it's hard to get things done. The company engages in a lot of group think which is frustrating.

      Benefits package, work-life balance, teamwork within a function People in general were very friendly and caring Most leaders put high value on open and early communication

      Cons

      Since the company went public around 2000, business strategy seemed neither stable nor consistently prudent. Also, company-sponsored during-work events nearly wiped out. Pay tended to be "competitive," at best.
