Pros
Lot many............. provides opportunities for internal job postings as per your skills and interests, good work life balance and head of Asia Service Center is rare leader, is very employee friendly and strive for best social working hours, employees' work life balance. Lots of learning/training opportunities.
Cons
Transport dep and IT Infra support are biggest pain here. HR doesn't work much to match market standards in terms of salary. You will be awarded only if you are potential attrition or supervisor's pet.
