      1. Free food for lunch and dinner

      1. Not at all MNC culture. 2. Lack of professionalism in communication and day to day coordination. This is right from senior leadership to mid-management. 3. Fault finding culture. No collaboration. 4. India team has to fight for work, almost same as any servicing organization instead of captive. 5. Very unfriendly and difficult higher management. 6. People.oriented company with no work life balance.

      No salary cap. Excellent business support. Excellent training and development program. Excellent benefits package. Excellent incentives and compensation framework. Reputability and exclusivity. Professionalism and camaraderie No foreseeable age limit.

      Cons

      Commission based. On call 24/7 for client needs and requirements. Public perception as to importance of Insurance products and mutual funds. Inherent product challenges.

      Great company to work for, strong mentorship and training program. healthy work environment, good benefits. Internal transfers and room to grow.

      Cons

      Often repetetive work, not very challenging. Only so many ways to move up the corporate ladder. Often dealing with angry customers and sometimes your hands are tied to help.
