      Pros

      Working with Sun Life has been truly a change. The company cares about their employees, I felt valued and seen and truly a partner.

      Cons

      I don't really have any. When you are near the top of the EA chain it is harder to move that being said it's a normal thing to happen at any company and that truly shows how great the leaders are.
