Pros
Flexible work environment. Great employees to work with. Everyone worked very well together to get the job done at the end of the day. Created lasting friendships within the industry at this job.
Cons
Since I worked in the field it was impossible to move up within the company. It was ultimately the reason I left. Annual raises were only the cost of living. The job itself often went above the actual job description.
