      Knowledgable and professional environment. Generally friendly people.

      Cons

      Like many other companies of its industry, lots of old school values and thinking here. Hard for early and even mid career staff to get noticed. Many in Senior Leadership or Middle Management hold high performers back from promotions or opportunities on other teams because they want to keep them on current teams. Leaders make decisions themselves without empowering team members - treating teams as disposable executers rather than contributing members.
