      Hybrid working mode. General friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Crammed office environment. Need to go to office early to compete seats. Harmonious working atmosphere is superficial. Most people leaders are selfish. Do not respect support staff.  Heavy workload, honor working long hours. Until you have fed up, burnout and quit.  They will get a new person on board in a week's time. Don't know what HR is doing except good at telling lies and busy in suck up senior management. Be cautious when you speak up, You are putting your ratings/bonus at risk.

      I dont find any pros to work in this company

      Cons

      worst level management and they just dump the resources in project irrespective of their tech skills. There is no skill improvement and they are working on some unknown frameworks
