      Pros

      Good benefits, good people. Low stress environment. If you are a good employee, there is plenty of opportunity for recognition, as well as opportunities to advance within the vein of the company that you are already employed in.

      Cons

      hard to move into different areas of the company, despite the size of the group. Sometimes the management directives are a bit scattered and unfocused.
