      Great work-life balance, excellent educational opportunities, excellent benefits

      Cons

      No way to advance for the individual contributor . Talented, and hard working people are often overlooked for promotions, and leave in order to advance. Hiring managers outside of claims are pompous and narrow minded .

      Reorganizing for the better, but unrealistic about damage past 5 years of poor service and uncompetitive pricing has done in certain markets

      Internally a mess. Can't deliver strong service or competitive pricing.

      Pros

      I would say that there's a lot of excitement in the beginning. Lots of training and such. However one quickly realizes that the company is a horrible place to work.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs and no room for growth. Employees are treated like cattle, not people. Not happy.
