Pros

Mission is great to be apart of - renewable energy makes you feel like you are really a part of changing the health of our planet. SunPower also is best at what they do in industry.

Cons

Communication from leaders at the top (CEO, SLT) down to us everyday employees was horrible. Very silo'd. Leaders never interacted with just us regular people - walk right by you without so much of a "hi". They stayed locked away in their corner offices unless they were with other SLT members. Just really felt a wall there. No connection to the core of what the company does - meaning - its people.
