      Pros

      Great benefits including vacation, sick days, pension plan and 401k matching. Advancement opportunities with extensive training programs available to help with your career goals.

      Cons

      Constant change leaving employees trying to keep clients happy. Unrealistic goals that that set employees up for failure. Expects perfection when it comes to customer satisfaction never asking why a customer maybe dissatisfied simply making the employee take the full blame.

      Pros

      good pay and incentive bonus; vacation is generous. They added volunteer hours which has enabled employees to do some good work.

      Cons

      "Yes" people are rewarded; employees who disagree are slammed. Having a senior manager "think" as her main responsibility is a waste of money. Hire people who know the business.
