Pros

Bank has a good presence in a few core Markets.

Cons

The bank does not support smaller markets. They expect them to play under the same rules as the larger markets that already have business. Management is really stupid, but think they are really smart. The also belittle employees and treat them like idiots. I would only consider working here with a very high comp package and in one of their core markets.

Pros

Founded in Atlanta, so access to various departments is easily acessible. Nice training facilities. Good benefits.

Cons

Poor direction from Senior management; they step on your back to get promoted. Cut throat environment. Poor on boarding/training

Pros

Retirement benefits are great, paid holidays are nice. Easy to advance within retail banking.

Cons

Goals are very hard to meet if you work in a slow branch. No room for growth outside of retail banking. 5 sick days per year isn't enough if you have young children. It takes 5 years to get to 3 weeks vacation and 15 YEARS to get to 4 weeks vacation if you are a banker or teller.
