Room for advancement, Good benefits, mostly good customers
Cons
Everything else needs work. Nature of the beast it's a bank and it's a corporation. But if you are not a great sales person or care to be don't ever apply to work in a branch that isn't in the suburbs. If your branch isn't doing well (because no one comes in banks much) you will have to stay late almost everyday.
