Atmosphere of fear, poor communication and management is non-existent. The Richmond office is run like an old boys club, many employees shouldn't be there and do very little but are liked by management. In my group there was poor leadership, with too many managers making large salaries while doing very little. Very little camaraderie in the office with silo'ed employees with poor morale--the only thing keeping people in the office seemed to be the paycheck. Stay away unless you want to get sucked into a corporate black hole. Also, The facilities are terrible, very few eating options nearby and overpriced food in the cafeteria.

Overworked, limit on salary growth once an internal candidate, though building has been upgraded, it would still be considered a "gross" working environment
